Return and Refund Policy

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they should contact our customer service team as soon as they identify the issue, providing the order number and, when requested, photos or videos of the product and packaging. After reviewing the case, the company will provide instructions for returning the product and may cover return shipping costs when the damage is the company's or carrier's responsibility, as applicable.

Once the returned product has been received and the return is approved, the customer may choose a refund, a replacement, or, when applicable, store credit for a future purchase. Refunds will preferably be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, subject to the processing times of the company and financial institution. All requests will be handled with transparency, respect, and efficiency, with the goal of providing the best possible solution for the customer.
