Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered safely within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, the order will be prepared and shipped according to the stated processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and selected shipping method. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, strikes, or carrier-related issues, may occasionally occur.

We offer different shipping methods depending on the delivery address and availability at the time of purchase, including standard, economy, and express shipping options. Customers will be able to view the available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs before completing their purchase. When available, a tracking number will be provided so customers can monitor their order until it reaches its destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the United Kingdom, our returns and exchanges policy follows the consumer protection rules established under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation. For faulty or defective products, consumers may be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions provided by law. For online purchases, consumers generally also have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the goods, during which they may exercise their right to cancel without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To request a return or exchange, customers should contact our customer service team and provide their order number and the reason for the request. Where applicable, the product must be returned in appropriate condition and according to the instructions provided by our team. Once the item has been received and assessed, the refund or exchange will be processed in accordance with UK consumer protection laws and the specific circumstances of the case.
